I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was exceptional. I was even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel offered various tours and assistance with tickets, making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of my stay was the incredible spa and wellness centre. I indulged in a relaxing massage and enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. This hotel truly knows how to provide top-notch leisure facilities!
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The Easter stay at this hotel was amazing! the spa facilities were top-notch and perfect for relaxation. the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was great and offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. A bonus was the welcoming staff that made the stay even more pleasant.
The lack of complimentary bottled water in the room. It would have been nice not to have to purchase water from the minibar.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel offers a peaceful escape for relaxation or park fun. the food is exquisite, including a lunchtime soup. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful service. the hotel room includes comfortable beds and necessary bathroom amenities.
The hotel could benefit from adding additional rubbish bins throughout the room instead of just one in the bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I fell ill and needed to leave early. I also enjoyed the great customer service from both the reception and bistro staff. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dinner options were lovely as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were modern. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking spaces which made my stay stress-free and convenient.
